We've heard it a million times... "we wrote this during a really hard time in our lives."

Anhelar definitely became a catharsis for negative emotion and tribulation, but that's not the full story the music tells.

These songs also represent the friendship that developed between all four of us. We laughed a lot during the whole process, which in turn helped each of us through some of the darkest times of our life.

Call it a dark night of the soul if you will. Each of us dealt with the worst of times... and came out on the other side. Considering the crazy time at which this album has finally dropped, we hope it provides solace within the turmoil. Anhelar exists to give shelter to the hurting, to empower the hopeful and to celebrate the victorious.
